In this installation Zelaya, a Houston based artist, has created a silver fringe enclosure, inviting viewers to directly engage with the materials. Once inside, viewers find themselves immersed in lush pink and purple flower patterns, directly becoming part of the work. Informed by the artist’s recent loss, this installation laments on the fragility of memory.
